Hi, I'm Mario, a certified personal trainer with over 10+ years of experience helping over 500+ people to be in a better place both physically and mentally. I am passionate about helping people to become their best selves through fitness, and I believe that with the right guidance and support, anyone can achieve their fitness goals.
Why I originally started this this Company is because I wanted to do something meaningful with my life and looking at the fitness industry I noticed that there are a-lot of trainers who are out to exploit peoples insecurities for profit.
I knew I could make a genuine difference in peoples lives by making personal training affordable and accessible for everyone regardless of their financial situation, status, commitments or responsibilities.
Why I wanted to become a trainer is because originally when I first started working out, I was unhappy with the way I looked and I was looking for a trainer to help me to reach my fitness goals. The biggest challenge I had was that I found Personal Training to be very unaffordable. As a result, building the physique I wanted took a lot longer than expected and I sustained a-lot more injuries than expected.
In the end I struggled so you don’t have to…My mistakes and failures are lessons that clients don’t have to learn the hard way. Having friends and family come to me for advice I knew that I could make a positive impact in peoples lives by starting this business.
My companies mission is not to just help you to achieve certain weight or body shape (Which I will help you to do) - Beyond that my companies mission is to help you to feel strong, confident, healthy in your own skin, and to have a positive relationship with physical fitness.
